耐震工事に伴い、下記の期間は完全予約制での利用となります。

【期　間】　2019年10月28日（月）～2020年10月末予定　（工事の進捗状況による）
【場　所】　社会情報研究資料センター事務室
【定　員】　1名　（予約者のみ）
【閲覧時間】　10:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00
【閉室日】　土曜日・日曜日・祝日・年末年始　
　※臨時閉室などは、その都度ホームページ・掲示等でお知らせします。
【申込方法】　 利用を希望される方は、下記の通りメールでお申し込みください。

・予約受付は前日（閉室日を除く）の15:00までとさせていただきます。
・お申込みに対して、申込受付完了のメールを返信いたします。

Opening by Reservation Only

The archive will be open by reservation only for the duration specified below because of construction work.
【Duration】 From October 28th until late October 2020 (dependent on the state of progress of the construction work)
【Place】 Office of the Multi-media and Socio-information Studies Archive
【Number of people】 1 person (by prior reservation only)
【Opening hours】 10:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays, and during the Winter Break
(The archive may be closed on other days besides those listed above, in which case users will be notified via our website.)

Those wishing to use the archive should apply by e-mail as detailed below:
Please send an e-mail to the Multi-media and Socio-information Studies Archive with the subject title “Reservation Request” （センター資料・特別閲覧希望）
Please include the following items in the text of the e-mail:
(1) Your name
(2) Contact details (e-mail address and phone number)
(3) Status (University of Tokyo or External)
(4) The material(s) you wish to see

(5) Your requested date and time.
*Your requested time should be in units of 30 minutes with a maximum length of 2 hours. Since multiple users may request the same time, please list your first, second and third preferences.
